What better way to live out the hot Australian summer than with homemade popsicles?!!? Popsicles are pretty much frozen smoothie bars, which makes them super easy to prepare and make. Wiz, freeze, serve. The end.

- 6 kiwi fruit
- 1 cup diced mango
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- Blend kiwi, mango and chia together with some water
- Pour into icecream molds and place an icecream stick in each one. Freeze overnight
