I’ve never had parfait, but judging from pictures and descriptions I’ve read online, this is some sort of parfait. I’m going to put it out there and say it’s slightly healthier than your average parfait (?) but don’t you worry! Taste isn’t an issue. Rich, tangy coconut yoghurt (how do you even spell yoghurt???), crunchy granola and sweet berries – it’s a perfect balance of everything you want in a breakfast and even more because it comes in a jar.
Of course, you can just put the youghurt in a bowl, sprinkle with granola and top with berries for a quick and EASY breakfast, but layering in a jar looks so pretty!
It’s a pretty self explanatory concept, but I’ve put the recipe down below for anyone who needs that extra guidance when layering things on top of each other in a jar xx
Everybody loves parfait!
- Homemade Gluten Free Granola
- Coconut Yoghurt
- Mason Jar
- Put a handful of granola in a mason jar
- Layer with coconut yoghurt and berries.
- Repeat until the jar is full.
- Eat for breakfast or anytime you feel like parfait
